We recently purchased a Hyundai Palisade and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Jeremy was our salesperson, and he was extremely responsive throughout, answering every question quickly and clearly, and genuinely knowledgeable about the vehicle. He worked with us to land on a deal we were comfortable with, without any pressure. The small touches mattered too: he personally installed our wheel locks before we left the lot. My service was on time and mycustomer service person was very nice and polite she answered questions that I had concerns about. I also received a wash on my car. Wonderful experiences I had.
If you are looking for a Hyundai, Chapman is the place to go. Ask for Paola Navarro, she is fantastic. Very knowledgeable about the Tucson's features and took the time to explain every one of them. Lots of gizmos and safety features since I bought my last car in 2016. Paola took the time to set up Bluelink for me and my wife. Got a great deal and working with Finance was easy and quick.
Very nice staff. Skipped a lot of the hassle usually associated with buying a car.
