This appraisal company is the absolute worst I’ve ever worked with in my 23 years Of business. I wish I could give them a negative star, they were careless with their value left my home owners homeless when there was two comps, (home) with exactly the same square footage the exact the same model, one was directly next-door the other across the street that he didn’t even use!!
