Had a flat tire at the gas station across the street and they came out of their way to help for free, came back to do some repairs and they were nice, honest work, quick and efficient.
The owner of this shop really came through for me. I was locked out of my car across the street at the gas station. He came over and opened it immediately, while helping another car that had broken down, as well. Truly a good man and a good shop.
I recently purchased a car from Chaplin. Tony and Chris were amazing to deal with. It was an easy process and from what I’ve seen the quality of the cars they offer is top of the line! I would highly recommend them.
This place (I own it) does NOT pressure people to buy. We give a customer all the time they need to look over what we are selling. For someone to say we sold them a car and didn't disclose problems (all customers sign at least two as is forms)by the way the recent negative review was a super high mile very rough 2008 Ford van for 3700.00 dollars.
