Was a tenant for 4.5 years in one of the rentals. The rental units were furnished with top quality furniture, any problems that happened were addressed quickly. Dean was excellent throughout the whole process of purchasing our house. Actually, he was our landlord prior to us being ready to buy, and he was great then too — but during the buying process I can say he really went above and beyond for us. He made himself available day or night to answer any questions and he was very helpful. We’re so happy in our new home. Thank you Dean and Chapleau Realty.

When we moved to Chapleau over 8 years ago we were directed by this brokerage to look at properties only under the banner of themselves. There was 1 house that was acceptable to live in by our standards (the rest required investment to immediately correct deficiencies). We put a $1000 down on towards the purchase of this house. After a month this Brokerage contacted me, said the house was no longer going to be available for sale.
