I had a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The clinic is clean, modern, and very well-organized. Dr. Chapkis was incredibly kind, gentle, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain every step of the procedure, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt at ease throughout the entire visit. I truly appreciated the level of care and attention to detail. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate dental professional!
I saw this provider for Botox injections. I was very happy with the first treatment as it lasted 7/8 months. The second treatment lasted half that. I am guessing he does what many other providers do by offering a full-strength quality product at the first visit and then dilute the product at the follow-up visits. I would only recommend going to the first appointment. Don't waste your money on any follow-ups.
I have been a patient for years and the office has changed and not for the better. The friendliness and sense of genuine care is gone. I left without having my teeth cleaned, confused as to why the procedure couldn't be performed. I've never had an infection from having my teeth cleaned. Now, there is the possibility and they won't clean them without a letter from my doctor? Also, my information was discussed openly in the hallway and then again at the front counter. Dr. Chapkis and his staff have improved my smile sooo much. This office has a great team. I appreciate that he discusses possibilities, as well as the limitations of procedures, without any high-pressure sales.
