My first treatment for a cosmetic injectable with this practitioner went well and lasted 7 to 8 months. My second treatment lasted half that. I am guessing that he does what a lot of injectable bait and switch scammers do... give you full strength on the first appointment to get your business and then dilute the rest. Don't waste your hard-earned money.
Dr. Chapkis and his staff got me in the office quickly and they went out of their way to get my dental surgery scheduled into their busy day. They saw the urgency of getting my issue addressed and not to delay the pain and suffering the tooth was causing me any longer. It was the best dentist appointment I have ever had, and I hate going to the dentist... I will be going to Dr. Chapkis from now on, and highly recommend
I am truly very happy with this practice and Dr. Chapkis. What matters most is the quality of the work being done and his is perfection. I had to get a crown in the front and his work looked like my natural teeth! Dr. Chapkis was professional, caring and the quality looks great. I am very happy!

I was referred to Dr. Chapkis by a trusted friend, and my consultation went well. We discussed exactly what I wanted, he hastily agreed that it's "no problem" and I was confident despite his somewhat arrogant demeanor. They were able to begin the work right away, so I consented. After the impressions were made and my teeth filed away, I was on my way with temporaries. Dr. Chapkis was unprofessional and condescending from the moment he walked into the room. I had heard bad things about him prior to my visit, and I would not have seen him were it not for a dental emergency. If given the choice, see a dentist other than Marc Chapkis. His staff were courteous and consummate professionals, however: I sympathize with them, as I imagine it must be difficult to work for Dr. Chapkis.
