Called 4+ times with voicemails left for call backs in the last 2 weeks and no one has answered or called back. Website half *** works and will not show a bill breakdown or why things might cost more some months than others. Horrible mold infestation. Thats up to you to resolve so the Health department is your best friend in this situation. 100% care free for their residents as long as they receive a check you receive nothing. Also random molding in closets and where the hot water heater is.
Whatever you do, DONT MOVE HERE!! lived here for 3 years, have NEVER made a late payment and kept my ugly apartment clean and when I was sent my security deposit and put it in the bank Chapins put a stop payment on it and refuses to send it back.
MADI IS THE BEST, EXPLAINS EVERYTHING VERY WELL. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
