New maintenance crew are great!
Lived here for about 4 months only but in that time I dealt with a lot of incompetence. They were very uncommunicative and slow during the application/move in period. A rat died in my walls and it took them 3 days to take its decomposing corpse out of the unit during which I had to stay at a hotel. They only even bothered after I told them that I would pick up and go if this issue wasn’t solved immediately. Moved into this place in October 2024. My washer broke in January 2025. Six months later the washer was still not working. I was told they were working on emergencies first. In the six months of waiting for a working washing machine, they replaced the awnings in the pool, hung up hammocks and replaced the dog park signs. Not really emergencies in my book. I asked for compensation and I was told no. So I still had to pay full rent that was supposed to include a working washing machine and still had to pay to go to a laundroma... read more
Month and a half without a working washing machine and STILL waiting. I was told they were prioritizing emergencies. "Emergencies" they have fixed at my unit while waiting for a washing machine replacement: A raised piece of wood on my porch that I didn't make a maintenance order for, sliding doors that came off the tracks. I'm paying Chapins Landing to NOT do my laundry in my unit while paying a third party to do my laundry elsewhere. One star for staff and maintenance. Unhelpful. Services not rendered.
