I pay my rent on time every month and then last minute get charged for the miscellaneous things instead of just limping it together. Then get the "oh if you don't pay this we'll evict you" letter. I’m a resident of the condominium Chapins Landing and I’m writing to report a recurring and dangerous issue involving the numerous stray cats that roam the property. Three months ago, while walking my dog, I was attacked by one of these cats, resulting in I went to the hospital with injuries to my legs and forcing me to take my dog to the vet.
