Mady did a great job checking us in. She helped us with online payments and helping get everything signed.
I haven’t even gotten the chance to tour this place or speak to someone and i am incredibly disappointed . I promised myself I'd leave this review when I moved out. Chapins Landing was a great example in what to avoid when renting an apartment. I was moved into a unit that had unshared discrepancies (Namely a broken washer, the only thing I legitimately needed) and proceeded to go AN ENTIRE YEAR without it being corrected. Throughout that year I dealt with roaches, mice, and other bugs. The mice I believe stemmed from this hole in wall of the already disgusting water heater closet. Apartments are cheap but they are pretty and not dirty, no bugs I have been here for a month and haven’t seen a single cockroach. (I keep my house clean). The leasing agents and everyone in the office is AMAZING I had an issue with another resident and they handled it so perfect ! Gave great advice and didn’t push it off !! 5 out 5
