Nice community live in
I have lived here since February of 2025, Chapins has been nothing but amazing to me, I see all of the other reviews about previous bad experiences but since Chapins has gone under new management. They have been nothing but the best, they answer all Questions and fulfill service requests within a few days. I’m definitely sticking around for awhile
BEWARE, be desperate for a place to live. Poor management, changing of staff frequently. Inconsistent pricing on renewals. KEEP ALL YOUR DOCUMENTS YOU SIGN! No one answers the phone. Yet, you go in the office everyone is walking around doing nothing. I have worked in property management , this is the worst I have ever experienced. edit> comment below, is not in regards to my complaint.
I had some issues after my move-in, but the staff were so wonderful and quickly made my home a place I love to be. I had read some bad reviews, but I haven’t experienced anything other than a great home, great staff, and a great community.
