I love the way Madi and his assistant take care of us! Since we move we been treating by the stuff and the community like if we been living here forever . Thank you Chapins for the good treatment . Highly recommend 🙏🏽

Previous tenants won a lawsuit to break their lease due to the presence of pre-existing, health-destroying mold, causing symptoms of mold exposure in the tenants, in the apartment Chapins Landing chose to rent to them; and then immediately after they won their case and moved out, Chapins Landing chose to rent the exact same apartment that was judged unfit to live in by lawyers and mold professionals due to health risks with zero remediation to a woman with a baby.
Called 4+ times with voicemails left for call backs in the last 2 weeks and no one has answered or called back. Website half *** works and will not show a bill breakdown or why things might cost more some months than others. Horrible mold infestation. Thats up to you to resolve so the Health department is your best friend in this situation. 100% care free for their residents as long as they receive a check you receive nothing. Also random molding in closets and where the hot water heater is.
