Absolutely horrible service! Been in a room for 2 hours , have not seen a Dr, swabbed for flu and was told results would take 15-20 min. Two hours later after being swabbed no Dr, no results, nothing! And only 1 person in waiting room when I arrived, and 2 cars in parking lot! They really need to evaluate how they treat patients and the service they provide. Better off driving to Columbia for care. Simply ridiculous! Terrible!! $214 bill to see the doctor for less than 5 minutes...waited over 2 hours. I told the dr I have a sinus infection, got an antibiotic Prescription, and left. Guess the doctor makes $100 a minute. Go to CVS minute clinic and save $100.

HORRIBLE. I am sicker than anything with fever, headaches, sore throat, nausea, and dissiness. I go in there with my sick 2 year old in tow. She brought home a cold and gave it to me. Her pediatric doctor gave her an antibiotic. I went to the urgent care for myself and spent 2 hours trying to control my daughter while getting checked out only to be given cough medicine. (NOT ONE OF MY SYMPTOMS!) There is a reason I never go to doctors and this is it! $40 thrown out the window for absolutely nothing. Thanks a bunch.

Needs more than one Doctor there. And stay open longer than 8pm. At least stay open til 10pm. Also the wait there is crazy! If they had more than one doctor then people wouldnt have to wait longer than 2 hrs. I fell & hit my head once & had to wait 5 1/2 hours! Not cool. Plus this page needs more info. Like a phone #. Most times I would rather go to Lex ER because of the long wait & only one doctor.
