Absolutely terrible they don’t care about the people who live in their properties and also DONT FIX THINGS FOR DAYS! (Worst customer service Iv ever had)
There was an issue with the rental, but Terry did erything in his power to rectify it, and when he couldn't he promptly refunded our money so we could get 8nto a rental as soon as possible. We couldn't ask for more Than that and are happy with the way Terry and Chapin Real Estate handles their buisness.
The folks here are excellent for providing referrals to various trade people in the area to work on houses properties homes etc.
