I was part of this practice for many years but have decided to switch as the service from the office has become horrible. I went online to request a refill that has to be approved, and I had to call the office two time before someone finally attended to it and approved it (a week later). I was ill and asked to see a doctor that day. Not only could I not get into a doctor, but they never even called me back stating they were unable to see me. They just left me hanging. Unacceptable customer service.
