While Dr Chapin might be very highly recommended, my experience was terrible. I scheduled a consult for a breast reduction. I was asked my height and weight at the start of the appt. Then alllllll the other details were discussed and the very vulnerable pictures of my breasts taken. The nurse then went to talk to Dr Chapin who proceeded to come into the exam room, have a full conversation with me, take measurements of my breasts, etc only to tell me my BMI was too high and he wouldn’t operate. Dr. Chapin and his staff were extremely thorough throughout the entire process! I am eternally grateful for their kindness and reassurance. Surgery day was really intimidating, yet through all of it I felt calm knowing I could trust them and my awareness for what I was in for thanks to their honesty! Their professionalism is unmatched and I could not be happier about the results!
A wonderful team and great results. I was nervous to have any type of cosmetic procedure done, but after a friend suddenly showed up looking vibrant & refreshed, and shared her secret with me, I was confident that Dr Chapin did great work. Am 100% at peace with looking my age, I just didn’t want to look tired all the time. Worth the trip from NYC, and a great excuse to visit gorgeous Bucks County, PA.
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Chapin & his staff. In 2021 I had a breast reduction & about 8 weeks ago I had a tummy tuck with muscle repair. The care I’ve received both times was nothing short of immaculate. Dr Chapin is extremely professional, educated, wonderful bedside manner, empathetic & personable. Dr. Chapin and his staff are truly wonderful. Very kind and considerate. Dr. Chapin has a great sense of humor, something I appreciate very much. He puts you at ease and in my case takes away anxiety about the Blepharoplasty surgery and the CO2 Laser resurfacing I was getting to take away some deep wrinkles and smooth out an old scar I had from a automobile accident.
