I am leaving a rating of 1(one) star only because there was not an option for NO stars! I ve lived here almost 8 years and am not sure why I have put up with all the #\$%\$ that has happened to me personally and just in this apartment complex in general. Our building has had bed bugs and roaches. We have endured multiple sewage back-ups.(It s really comforting to think about climbing in for a shower and not knowing if you could be knee high - yes I do mean knee high - in raw sewage as you wash.) I ve had nothing but troubles :( My apartment was flooded, car keyed, car run into, kids trapping cats in the walls, someone cut and tried to steal my cable wires. I m 99% sure my neighbor is a drug dealer and my building always smells like weed. Please please please don t move in unless you have too. I m scared to live here.

here is a list of why NOT you should move to Chapel Hood Apartments: 1 ignore jerrys review...he was paid to write the nice stuff. 2. bed bugs 3. water leaks everywhere 4. garbage everywhere....behind the buildings, people have thrown their old furniture over the balconies. 5. hardly ever mow the grass. 6 owner thinks she has the right to walk right into your apartment at any time she feels like it. 7. do not repair anything 8. drug deals made in parking lot 9. management will issue a parking pass for the tenants, but the qu... read more
