The staff is very sweet but seems to lack in the area of what their residents really want. There is way to much of people sitting in cars playing loud rap music. I also don’t feel safe because way to many big groups of what look like gangs hanging out on the parking lot and I’m almost for sure their to doing illegal things. I’ve complained and it doesn’t seem to help. I hate bugs and this property is infested with cock roaches. Safe your money people don’t settle like I did. The apartments are acceptable for low income families. Don't expect much support from the staff though. I have to harrass the office to get anything fixed. The exterior is a breeding ground for critters and disease. I'll be emailing corporate for the second time in less than a year for maintenance issues. Anytime we call the office to remind them of our issues they insist they're sending someone over "right away", "in the next 30 minutes", "as soon as possible" yet no one ever shows. Chapel Ridge has great and friendly staff. They make you feel very welcomed. I have lived at Chapel Ridge for a few years and they have been very good about seeing to the needs within my apartment. I would definitely recommend Chapel Ridge Apartments.
