We have repeatedly reported the excessive running, jumping, and stomping from the upstairs neighbors and have previously expressed concerns that the constant impact could cause damage or create a hazardous situation. First and foremost we are very grateful for the staff that work here. I know things take time to get repaired, vendors having to put in bids. The owners having to accept the bids for repairs. That being said. We as tenants shouldn't have to suffer from not having adequate air conditioning. We were told that our unit needs to be replaced. We understand that will take a bit of time. I am a tenant at this apartment complex and am writing to document an ongoing maintenance issue regarding the air conditioning unit in my apartment. Our air conditioning system ceased functioning on April 26, 2026. I submitted a maintenance request on April 27, 2026 and the maintenance team was out same day to check on it. As of today, we are almost at 2 months without the issue being repaired, which exceeds what I believe to be a reasonable timeframe for addressing such a significant livability concern. I just want to say this first, Kimberly is the best! Plus I have to say that our maintenance guys are too! That being said, here is my complaint, we are without ac again, yes the guys have put freon in it had a company come out and replace a piece of the copper tubing because someone tried to steal it. We have put in 7 work orders for this matter of the ac not working and now tonight it's 80 degrees in the apartment! THIS PLACES HORRIBLE about 3 years ago we stayed here for about 3 years we had no problems then on the 2th year the pipe for water BROKE and our apartment started flooding with water and management was drunk so we couldn’t do anything we was on fox 16 news the manger or what not gave us a new apartment after we move out for good we literally ran down chalple ridge and all locations changed their name.🤣 next time do better “sentinel of Conway apartments”
