DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR JANICE FALKENSTEIN. She just got evicted from her building for not paying rent! She sent 47 of us a surprise email one morning that she was forced out of her business, with no promise of refunds. She has stolen TENS OF THOUSANDS, maybe even HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of dollars AND canceled our weddings at the last minute! Horrible woman!
My son is a current employee of this so called business. He is a Le Cordon Bleu certified chef and is treated like he is a piece of meat. 6 pay periods in a row he has not received his paycheck on time. Most of the time he gets paid over 2 weeks late! BAD BUSINESS – Janice Williamson/Orndorf/Nordstrom/Falkenstein presents herself as a fine, upstanding business woman, but this is far from the truth. Court records (public information) show a plethora of judgements from unpaid vendors Much of the staff has had to report her to TX Workforce Commission to receive their pay. It is commonplace for staff to be asked to wait on their pay for a month or longer, and, even then, many receive paychecks that are NSF, after which they have to wait even longer to receive their replacemen... read more
Wonderful Venue For Weddings and Receptions – Chapelle Des Fleurs is a beautiful venue for both weddings & receptions. As a pianist, I played both there a couple of years ago. My roady moved my piano after the ceremony into the reception area, which was practically no distance at all. Very convenient set up. The staff was so nice & helpful.
