By hiring qualified people. Damaged property then denied it. Has not repaired nor replaced since 3/28 when they worked in our backyard even though we we sent pics before, during and after work was done.
Do what their contract says they will. They left our HOA grass for two weeks during August the grass got 18 inches high then when they did mowed they left a all the dead grass on the ground. Our place is a mess and we pay them monthly on a contract. I agree Chapel Valley is the worst.
Over the past few years I and my community have been impressed by the care and labor that Miguel and the workers have demonstrated as they cared for our property; the results are evident in the great comments we've received from visitors.
Danny and Louis have helped to make my garden a beautiful oasis in all seasons.
Worst landscaping in the Hampton Roads area. They do not do anything listed in their contracts and their workers do not speak English.
