Apartments are wonderful but the management has a very nasty attitude and has been the worst person I have ever dealt with in life! RUDE RUDE AND MORE RUDE. SHE HAS A VERY SNOOTY ATTITUDE AND HER BOSS IS NO BETTER. THEY NEED TO RETHINK THEIR MANAGEMENT SUCKY SERVICE!!!
The Apartment is beautiful. The property management is uneducated to the forms and procedures that they are trying to enforce. Unprofessional, dealing with clients and government agencies. Her excuse is "the Processor" said this and said that.. but she can not explain to you the form or what exactly is needed. A YES MAN!! not a leader. Someone that has been blessed to have a job and forgotten how to talk to people. I asked for the corporate number or her boss and She refused to give it..POOR Customer Service...
