Be careful renting from Wilhoit! My daddy is an 85-year old veteran who lived at a Wilhoit property for 11 years. When he moved out they sent him a bill for $1,150 - $925 of it was because he didn’t repaint his apartment!!

The pool is always open unlike previous years! maintenance is always on top of things, office is very clean all the time now! The guy and girl in the office are always a pleasure to deal with!
I know a few people who live here.. The new management has really changed this property.. for the good! 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice affordable place to live!
most of the friendliest people you will ever meet here . I enjoy their gatherings also events through impact and employees are amazing always ontop of things!! I love living here!!
