Innes Station is a great place to live. Been here for a year and love it. The office ladies are fabulous and kind. Maintenence is quick, usually in a day or so. No bugs, not alot of noise, and I think the office does a good job of keeping this place filled with good people. I do like the secured building. Been in both a one bedroom and a two bedroom, good size and wonderful character to the lofts. I have very little to say about this place that isnt fabulous. :)
I have lived in many apartments in my life, but this is by far the worst! It is overpriced for the area, noisy, and we have neighbors that are having parties and doing drugs constantly! THE OFFICE STAFF IS TERRIBLE! They are EXTREMELY RUDE and do nothing to make this an enjoyable place to live! They dont care about the tenants, they just want to collect money. This apartment complex is great and the owners are the best! I am really interested in getting an apartment in your apartment complex. Excellent location. Wonderful travel Home!!! The units are extremely clean and very well maintained! Management was great.
This place is GREAT! I have lived here six months and have enjoyed it so much. Great location. Even better than that is the management! They are the most accommodating people I have ever had, and that's coming from someone who has moved an average of once a year for the past eight years.
I have not lived there yet and hope that I do not have to, I will as a last resort only. I cannot believe how the manager acted when I went in to get an application and find out about moving in. I know several people that have lived there over the years, and have worked with several. She was less then impressive. I was in town for a doctor's appointment; she acted as if she could not be bothered to talk to me. She and her office were a mess; both looked like a train wreck. I was supposed to move in and three days before move in, Melanie calls to tell me that I dont meet the criteria for the apartment. They sat on my paperwork for over two weeks. I have had to call utilities back and stop the transfers and tell my current landlord I need to stay. Im just glad I saw how things operate before I moved in.
Do not live here!! The noise is unbearable. I have a one year old that is woke up at least three times each night due to the noise from the tenants upstairs. When I talked to the office about it, they were rude and offered no help. They basically told me that I would have to deal with it. I realize that I cant except complete peace and quiet but I feel like I have rights to be able to at least sleep. Would never live here again and cant wait to get out of my lease. Chapel Ridge is great if you live in a upstairs apartment or somebody above you is quite if they have kids you might as well move out because the staff at Chapel Ridge wont do anything about it. They arent smart enough to not move people with kid in upstairs apartments. So if you like quite DO NOT MOVE IN HERE.
Yes, I agree with what has been said as far as NOISE goes. We lived right NEXT to the Security of Chapel Ridge...and they played LOUD music 24/7. It was so loud it knocked pictures off the wall....no kidding. And of course, nothing was done because they WORKED there. Hows that for service?
