I just recently moved into this apartment complex and so far I am loving it. I love the location of where my apartment is. And when I first moved in my freezer quit working and all my food was spoiled and they even compensated me for my food. Overall it seems like a quiet complex that is well-managed and I'm going to enjoy living here
New owners are terrible.
New owners suck
AC is freezing over still! I have put in 3-4 work orders for it to be fixed. Was told there is a leak but it’s not being looked at to be fixed yet. It is 90+ degrees outside so the inside of apartment is hot. Our own personal Fan is being used to defrost AC to keep temp down but door staying open is blocking the 3rd bedroom door. We are good residents and pay rent on time we should have an AC that works. Thank you!
I moved back to Chapel Ridge after the Tornado in Shawnee. The new management that started in recent months has been doing a good job making improvements to our community. It was great to meet the owner during a town meeting recently. Recently, Maintenance guy that worked on my AC was very good, but the office ladies can be more welcoming to their residents when we request a work order. Overall, we continue to live here at Chapel Ridge because of the good quality and the overall good experience as residents here.
