I moved back to Chapel Ridge after the Tornado in Shawnee. The new management that started in recent months has been doing a good job making improvements to our community. It was great to meet the owner during a town meeting recently. Recently, Maintenance guy that worked on my AC was very good, but the office ladies can be more welcoming to their residents when we request a work order. Overall, we continue to live here at Chapel Ridge because of the good quality and the overall good experience as residents here.

Been living there for a while. New owners installed some lights around the property which is nice. Ice wasn't an issue this year as salt was used on the sidewalks. They fixed the gate at the front of the property and replaced the sign. Someone must have ran into the gate though cause I think it's broke again. Management is nice enough, though I don't like talking to folks cause I like to stay to myself. I am content with the apartments. My only complaint I guess is that my rent went up 300 bucks this year. I hope they don't ... read more

I've been here for 3 years now and have NEVER been charged a $100 late fee. Rent here is due by the 3rd of every month which is total BS simply for the fact that a lot of the elderly or disabled such as myself do not receive our payments until the 3rd of each month, that leaves all of us slower folk not even a day to be late and the late fee of $100 is absolutely absurd especially when we are on a fixed income and speaking for myself and a few other residents that I do know of can't afford that ridiculous amount in a late fe... read more

It's a nice place to live. I only had gas siphoned out of my truck twice. The third time they just punctured my gas tank. That was a pain to replace. No theft yet, except the gas.
