Canyon creek village has gone above and beyond for their residents including my family. The community has undergone some awesome upgrades and really became an amazing apartment community to call home! Also the operation manager Cheyenne Harmon is amazing and is always on the top of her game! Proud to call this community our home!
This used to be a fantastic place to live. Since the new ownership and management has taken over, it’s gone down hill. There is no longer ANY management living onsite. (Just one maintenance type person) Random office closures are a huge inconvenience. And the courtyard.... it’s being deconstructed to repair leaks. Nothing worse than having to view messy construction for months. We no longer have a bbq area, just one small outdoor seating area. So sad.
