Since the first day I've had nothing but a great experience. Whenever I had an issue I could always go the leasing office and they would help with any question I help with the solution to the problem. Everyone has been so nice and helpful. I made a great decision by moving here. I wouldn't change it at all.
Broad Management has made living at Hampton Park Apartments a nice experience, they address every issue with urgency. This is an old building, so there are some issues but once I notify the office with my issues they respond without hesitation, even if my issue is in the middle of the night, they have someone on call that will address your problem. I've been here for 5 years and I have no plans of moving anytime soon.
Great property and a really nice staff!! It is such a pleasure being there. Very pretty, and awesome amenities.
this is the most disappointing place I have ever lived at. warning people you really don't want to live here unless you want the management and the maintence to illegally enter your apartment or they allow upstairs neighbors that we don't even know to illegally search and ran sacked my apartment while we were at work. Iam very upset and disappointed with them and I will never have anything nice to say about this apartment complex. so if you don't mind them entering your home and go through everthing you owen. but I"M putting... read more
I lived here for a couple years and seen property managers come and go, some nice, some not. I'm so glad my lease in up in less then 2 months. Maintenance when they do come to fix a problem, it takes them weeks and it is never done right. They make promises that she never delivers on. They also makes up rules as they go on. This was once a nice place for the price, but now is riddled with drug dealers, plus drug paraphernalia everywhere. Ever since Linda arrived it has gotten worse. She is very rude and does nothing about issues that arise. I have not had pest control at my apartment in 4 months. The lease clearly states it's a monthly responsibility on management. The reason I am marked as anonymous because Linda is very vindictive. I have lived here for several years and am moving the 1st opportunity that comes about. The lease you can't be held to, since there are agreements that have been broken. Ive lived here for two years and it has been awesome. The property manager ( Mrs. Katherine) is great at what she does. They respond to issues and are understanding with payments. They have pest control visit regularly. It is also nice and quiet. The apartments are well kept. I will miss this place when I move next month.
It took 2 years to get a leaky kitchen sink fixed. It took 8 days to unclog the bathroom sink. I have a mold issue in the bathroom. Floor curling up in the bathroom. No filter in my A/C. My window has a huge gap between my wall and frame allowing the a/c and heat to just fly out the window. Entry way has a rotting floor with several broken tiles. I do not recommend at all. I am paying $513 a month and they do not repair a thing.
This community is a wonderful, affordable family community.
