I don't know what apartment I applied to rent because the address is for Chapel Ridge Apartments but all the paperwork and applications say "The Ridge" and that makes me think of Oakridge Apartments that is no where near there. The application already had a move in date from two years before I applied. They wanted more money than I could afford for a 2 bedroom apartment plus administrative fees and utility fees. They collected all my information and I couldn't continue with the process because of how expensive it was.

Lived here for about 5 years, started off great of course but as time went on so did the management, along with the mainteance crew. Only mainteance crew I want to give credit to is actually Rick, I don't understand how he keeps putting up with all the chaos out their but he knows his stuff!

Revised my review due to a breakdown of communication, phones were being worked on yesterday. Anyway, had water coming through the ceiling last night. On their way this morning to fix it. So thank you for the excellent response time. 😁

The ridge has come along way in 11 years Mel brandy Charles and Rick r amazing g they r all promote to fix things and address things when they are brought to there attention!!!! My opinion they all need a raise!!!!! 😁😁😁😁thanks for maken this little community a safe and proper place!!!!!
