Lived here for 2 years. It was an okay place to live until I recently moved out and got a bill from collections with a $200 cleaning fee. I ended up deciding it wasn’t worth messing around with and just wrote them a check for the full amount. It’s been a month since I dropped it off and it still hasn’t been cashed. You can never get ahold of anyone in the office and when you do they say someone will give you a call back which never happens. Wouldn’t recommend living in a place where you can’t even get a call back.
This was honestly the worst apartment I have ever lived in. They don't repair things ever. Our master bedroom window leaked the entire year we lived there and it was never remedied. Not to mention our apartment had mold that was never taken seriously. Can not be happier to have bought a house and no longer live in such a terrible place. Also management is rude and often just ignores any issue. Would never recommend this place to anyone. If you value your health look elsewhere for housing.
Wonderful place to live. The management and maintenance are fast and efficient.
