I've loved living at the ridge the past almost 3 years. They have many great amenities and the office management was friendly and quick to get things done. Sadly last week there was a change in management, during this time the property has become overgrown leading to bad mosquitos, you can not use the dog park at all without being eaten alive, the dog bins are also not being emptied leading to the property stinking badly whenever the wind blows. Initially I probably would have given a much more positive review. There’s a lot to enjoy about this complex, but there was a change in management and things soured FAST. The location is the best in Emporia, quiet neighborhood to the north, schools right next door, and commercial district close by. The rent is a little higher but it kept out the riff-raff for the most part. Maintenance *used* to be responsive.
