If I could give negative stars I would. When I first got the keys to my apartment and went to my apartment the door was wide open and the AC was blasting because it was 100 degrees outside. I was paying for AC to cool the outside. The key I was given didn't work to my door. The apartment was filthy. The stove hadn't been cleaned in years and there were drip pans missing. I lived here for my last two years of college and out of the other apartment complexes I lived in the ridge was the best! Management is super friendly and quick to answer any questions. Whenever I had an issue maintenance was always quick to get the issues resolved. All my neighbors were all super friendly as well! I highly recommend The Ridge!
Just want to say. There is a utility charge, a per pet charge, as well as you have to register your pets on some site. You are required to have renters insurance. I have lived here several years. The place was ok til the last 2 years.I put this review because online The Ridge advertises as a utilities included Apartment complex.The other is just saying other cost people may not realize.I didn'tie about anything or say it's terrible.
