Dr Chapell and his staff provided the highest quality treatment under an emergency situation. The diagnosis, hospital admission, IV antibiotics and toe amputation were all part of the process. We are grateful for the care, advice and expert treatment.
I was with my wife when she was seeing Dr. Chapel. I was very impressed with his professionalism and courtesy. He took his time to explain her many questions in a complete and easy to understand manner. His staff helped us with insurance questions and took it upon themselves to schedule tests that required authorization.
I had botched surgery I went to Chapel for a consultation to get his opinion to fix my foot. What a waste of time! He did a back in day review of my foot (outdated doctor) told me absolutely nothing for a $100.00 copay. His bedside manner is terrible and his demeanor is awful. Gives you an attitude when trying to ask questions. He never let me talk. His practices are outdated. I highly suggest seeking a doctor with updated skills. I don’t know why people would even give him a good rating.
This guy is a ripoff. First they accept your insurance and then he hits you with all these other stipulations that aren't covered with the insurance. Besides that he is an unfriendly cold undertaker type of guy. Zero personality!!!
