From the moment you walk in, you can tell this practice is different. No overcrowded room where staff is flying around without even acknowledging you. Dr Chapel and his staff are very professional and very thorough. I was experiencing horrible plantar fasciitis and Dr Chapel recommended I try shockwave therapy. I received 4 treatments with Jamie, who explained everything and was very gentle with the procedures. I have not had any pain since. Highly recommend!
My husband thought the staff was very courteous. The doctor knew exactly what he was doing. Comfort and painless procedures highly recommend him.
