Dr Chapel and his great staff went beyond courtesy and were great treating my problem with my foot and helped me long term you don't have many doctors and staff anymore who go above and beyond to help and treat you like a human being not just a name on a time slot
From the moment you walk in, you can tell this practice is different. No overcrowded room where staff is flying around without even acknowledging you. When you open the door here you are greeted with a smile, and they remember your name. There's practically no wait time, & the staff goes above & beyond every time I’m there! Dr Chapel and his staff are very professional and very thorough. I was experiencing horrible plantar fasciitis and Dr Chapel recommended I try shockwave therapy. I received 4 treatments with Jamie, who explained everything and was very gentle with the procedures. I have not had any pain since. Highly recommend!
My husband thought the staff was very courteous. The doctor knew exactly what he was doing. Comfort and painless procedures highly recommend him.
