I can't say enough good things about these guys. I feel like part of the family when I go there. They call me by name and take very good care of me and my car. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I went to Chapel Hill Tire because I had a flat tire. They removed a large screw and patched the hole, and the car drove fine for about 5 miles, then the tire started going flat again. I took the car back the following Monday (the flat was first fixed on a Friday) and they removed a sliver of the screw that was in it the first time. After paying $25.00 to have the tire fixed the first time, they charged me another $25.00 to remove the small piece. Friendly team- easy to work with! My car broke down and as we all know- this is a stressful situation for anyone- especially someone who knows NOTHING about cars! Chapel Hill Tire Company made it easier for me. They kept me in the loop as they determined what was wrong with the car and gave me different options for repairs. IF you have plenty of time.... Expect extremely slow service. Granted, we all expect some sort of wait when getting new tires, but this place was just about as slow as one can get. We got a state inspection here once and it took, I am not kidding, 3 hours to get it done. So, if you have plenty of time, consider this establishment. If you're looking for an avg. wait time, skip it.

great experience They came recommended by a co-worker at the university who has used them for 10 + years. What a great experience! Their shuttle drive took me to work and picked me up when finished. The folks on the counter were as nice as I've ever dealt with. The work was completed on time and at prices were fair. I've since recommended several friends who've had nothing but great experiences.
