Very rude. Not able to communicate Apts correctly. Doctors have no respect for your time.
We absolutely love Chapel Hill Peds and Dr. Woodrum. He really takes the time to listen to our concerns and has a holistic approach when addressing those concerns. Can’t recommend enough!

The staff and nurses are nice and the appointments run on time. No issues there— the main issue is that you can’t get a hold of anyone after hours, no on call doctors or nurses. I’ve tried filling out an online intake form to have someone call me back and they never did. The call wait times are also extremely long in general. I’ve been on hold for so long that I’ve been disconnected a few times.
