I paid (in full) almost 4 years ago for two burial plots for my husband and myself. When I paid the owner I asked if he would have my deeds to the plots the next day… never have received them yet. He will lie to your face. The phone number posted on the sign for the Memorial Gardens doesn’t work; no one will ever answer. Bogus number I guess. . Have not been able to get ahold of him… but I bet my attorney can!
