My father passed recently, it wasn't expected and he and my Mom didn't have a plan in place. Olingers is clearly experienced in this profession and understands the process. Everyone we interacted with was compassionate. However we did have some communication issues along the way. We were frequently told things like “I’ll have this email to you by noon today” only for that email to show up at 4pm and then we are rushing to reply before end of business day.
