I’m not one to add reviews prior to going to a place and I don’t like judging somewhere based on just making an appointment, HOWEVER this is a warning for anyone looking to schedule an appointment here. I booked my appointment 2 months ago in May for a July appointment as a new patient. I was called 2 days prior to my scheduled appointment and told the doctor is not in that day. I have to agree that the front floor receptionist is rude. The older receptionist seemed baffled that I had an appointment at 4 and made it seem like I wasn’t going to be seen by lab since they close at 4.. why would yall schedule me at 4 knowing lab closes at that time? Why would you be upset with me as if I made the appointment. The appointment was strictly for labs and I specified that. Dr.Vnrak is great.

If I could give them a zero, I would, and I have never written such a negative review as I am doing now. I am a Clinical Social Worker and I believe in giving people grace and trying to share positivity rather than focusing on the negativity. But the treatment I received simply trying to get help was disgusting.
