I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Chapel Hill Florist. As a bride traveling from Virginia to Maine to plan my wedding, I was hoping for clear communication and reliable follow-through, especially when coordinating from out of state. Friendly service and a great store. There's a lot to look at.
Rachel was incredible as w ordered flowers for our father’s recent funeral. I have used this florist for many years and consider them family. The flowers were exactly, if not more beautiful, as I had wanted for our dad. We were specific in flower, color and arrangement and Chapel Hill was wonderful in every way. Thank you Rachel!
The service was amazing and super friendly. However, I’m very disappointed that at $36 my daughter’s corsage lasted less than three minutes. We put it on her and the flowers instantly fell off. It didn’t even make it into the dance.
I placed my order online and came in on the date and time I chose. When I got there I waited my turn and the nice lady behind the counter grabbed my order and said have a good day. Quick, kind, friendly.
