The office will not return our calls about how they sent our labs to an out of network provider costing us a large expense because the lab is out of network. We were not told this ahead of time. Repeated calls to the office don't get past the receptionist and are not returned. Looks like we got ripped off. We will find a new dermatologist and share our experience with others.
