I've been living here since the end of June and i love it here

First i would like to say the residents are very nice. The condo fees are on the very high end, and you get the very low end out of it. Board also mismanages funds and approved projects that we could not afford and now the building is in 3 million dollars of debt. Also half of the floor I am on is not done and it looks like the ghetto. Do not buy here it's not worth the money. Don't make the same mistake as me.
