Went to lunch today for Grandson's 11th Birthday. Selected CG based on reputation and was awfully disappointed. First, the FB price rating of $$ should be $$$ and my overall rating is 2 stars (the dessert was good). My grandson was looking forward to an awesome burger and ordered it medium-well. We came in this past Friday night with a reservation but was told we had a little wait due to a large party. After some time, the manager was very accommodating and even bought us a round of drinks for the wait and assured us a great experience. We eventually got our reservation and had amazing food and phenomenal service. I would definitely come back even with all the circumstances.
Rushed out of your seat and told you had to move even after a $400 bill. That is very poor management !!!
I had one of rhe worse experiences of my life there last evening. The manager was rude..after spending over $400.00 he basically told us "to leave we where there too long and others wanted to sit there." my son-i n-law owns an establishment and never would do such a thing...they lost my business!
Service was slow and after spend $400,00 on drinks, food, and takeout, manager asked us to leave because we were sitting at the outside patio tablets and was there for 3 1/2 hours. He wanted the tables and even when there was other tables available .
Who is asked to leave their table because they have been there too long? Last I checked a paying customer is a paying customer it shouldn't matter how long you stay as long as your ordering food and drinks.
Poor service, 40 min wait for entrees and little care or concern from waitress/manager. Requested follow up from someone interested in quality customer service recovery but no outreach. Disappointing and won't be going back. Mediocrity prevails.
