Beware !!! I was moving and did everything I had to do ..sent them everything they need notified them and signed all forms that we were moving out. But they are claiming they did not receive the "form" and when I told them I have it in my email that I emailed it over..meaning I have proof that it was sent.... they said its not the same form but it's identical to the forms they forwarded me. Come to find out our friend who moved out of there had the same issue and is taking it to court. They are charging for no notice . Break... read more

First year was great , but last 2 years of living there was horrible . It became so unbearable for my family and i that we decided to move out . Neighbors was always smoking weed , few balconies had people partying and the smell of weed was everywhere . Garbage everywhere , it became hazardous to even throw ur own garbage out because there was never room you’ll find the dumpster was always full, there’s lot fo thieves living in this complex our packages from Amazon got stolen 2x our emblem from one of our car got stolen nd... read more

Like the person below me said, Chapel Creek ignores noise complaints. 7 complaints about one neighbor and nothing more than a slap on the wrist. Not a quiet place to stay by any means.
Poor management. Daughter who is 27 had a stroke at 6 weeks pregnant. She is high risk. Also found out she had Lupus. Dr requested her to avoid stairs furvthe rest if her pregnancy. Dr gave her a note. Daughter asked to be moved to first floor. You would think that mgmt would work with you. All they got was "our hands are tied" really. Ok. So they could move but you have to pay a deposit a pet deposit etc. A lot of money for a move downstairs. They wouldn't work with them so they moved to a much nicer place and more friendly... read more
This place is horrible, NO PARKING, landscaping is terrible, office manager is a joke, they do not care about loud neighbors that stomp and fight above you waking you up numerous times in the middle of the night. They charge you to professionally clean your carpets when you move out (100.00) you cannot do it yourself and you have to give them a receipt when you leave. This is not in the lease agreement that I signed. When I talked to the management about it, they were like OH well, too bad! So glad that I moved out!!!
I love love my apartment the tranquility and sense of safety I feel. Hate 2 have 2 move soon. Best apartment on the Northshore. Take it from a Property Management professional.
