Our apartment was nice except for the kitchen. But they literally never came to fix anything.The worst was when we had plumbing issue with the toilet and had to go to Metzger's to buy things to fix it ourselves to avoid not having a toilet throughout the night. The apartment was spotless when we moved out except for a broken compartment in the fridge they never came to fix, they still withheld some of our deposit.
Elizabeth always makes sure we are taken care of! The staff and management is amazing.
