Ever since Alta Med took over this place is terrible, they lie to you you can't get an appointment, I'm patient there for 10 years , when you see Alta Med Chapp it's all lies they do6 care about patient care.

You have to wait 2-3mo this to get an appointment, that’s ridiculous. You’ll have died before they have seen you, and all to be seen by nurses who barely passed nursing school. Call the urgent cares in Pasadena to make sure they take your insurance and they will see you that same day and with actual care.
