I have been using these services for over 20 years. My doctor, Faith, is always attentive to my health, and all the staff are very friendly.
This is really unacceptable. I live in Rowland Heights and drove an hour to Pasadena Fair Oaks. When I arrived at the clinic, the staff told me that a Pap smear is only done once every five years, so I had to cancel the appointment. Then they told me to go to the front desk to cancel. Do you know how expensive gas is right now? I drove an hour there and will have to drive another hour back. When I made the appointment, no one ever told me that the test is done only every five years. If I had known that, I wouldn’t have come.... read more
This has to be one of the worst pharmacies out there they never answer the phone when they do they leave you on hold for over 20 minutes at a time good luck with this one you'll become very frustrated.
