I worked with Doug on a major home renovation and it turned out incredibly well. He has decades of experience as a contractor and it shows: the work done was exceptionally high quality, he was able to make recommendations that saved me thousands of dollars, and he is a pleasure to work with. Doug went above and beyond helping me to navigate this project through multiple changes, and supported me in selling my home in more ways than I can count. Thank you Doug!
Doug started out great but then got busy with other projects. We won't hear from him unless we bug him constantly for a week. We dropped 6 figures on this project and he can't find the time to call us back and let us know the schedule. Completely unprofessional in not calling us back and putting some focus on us. Once he gets the progress payments he will be gone. Don't Do it!
Love this crew. Doug is always there if you need him to answer questions and responds quickly. We love the results of our backyard project and would recommend them to anyone. Our pictures are on the website. Beautiful results. On budget and ahead of time
Doug and his guys built a panrty out of a space my family doesn't normally utilize. The guys came in and worked around my (extremely friendly) dogs, 4 of them. Doug is informative and kept up with me when I had a small change to the plan. The pantry he designed is a wonderful, beautiful addition to our home. We now have a place for everything, and the pinterest worthy pantry this chef's always wanted.
Very responsive to changing needs as the remodel was going on. They rebuilt our master bath, combined two rooms for a bigger game room, and put in a killer outdoor kitchen. Every time there was a new sub coming out or if there was ever a question, they were always on site (even though their office is on the other side of town). They were very interactive in selecting materials, accessories, etc. They made great recommendations which made the final product look great.
