This place is a joke. I would not recommend renting from here. It takes 8 months to get a maintenance request done and no one is ever in the office even when the hours posted say they are open. The keys reset every 2 weeks it seems and then you are stuck without a way to enter. Without office staff, there is no resetting the keys. Please look elsewhere. There are better places in Pleasanton.
Internet Sucks- people are NEVER here to pay it!!! But overall The rest is fine.
I have been living here for over three years, yes, the place is quiet and people keep to themselves. But the management is horrible and you never know who the property manager is because they’ve had several in the last six months. The maintenance guy left over six months ago and has not been replaced, so you are definitely on you’re own in that area.
