"Management" doesn't do anything or care about anything. If your key card stops working or the battery on the door lock is dying and you can't get into your apartment, better hope it's during business hours. And even during business hours the "manager" might not even be there. If she is there it's like talking to a stupid wall. Want to sleep at night? Don't move here.
