"Management" doesn't do anything or care about anything. If your key card stops working or the battery on the door lock is dying and you can't get into your apartment, better hope it's during business hours. And even during business hours the "manager" might not even be there. If she is there it's like talking to a stupid wall. Want to sleep at night? Don't move here. Too many roaches place is not clean

This place is a joke. I would not recommend renting from here. It takes 8 months to get a maintenance request done and no one is ever in the office even when the hours posted say they are open. The keys reset every 2 weeks it seems and then you are stuck without a way to enter. Without office staff, there is no resetting the keys. Please look elsewhere. There are better places in Pleasanton.
