Been living here for a 2 years now, and with new management I can say everything has improved. Rose is amazing and very easy to talk to with any issues in regards to rent, pest, and any concerns you may have. She tries to be as flexible with everyone to her best advantage. I would totally recommend looking into staying here :))

About a month or two ago, the maintenance person and the management person got replaced. This place is now the best place to be!!! The new management lady is awesome and on top of all things. All of the problems we have had with our apartment have been fixed within the last couple of months! You should come! It's a great place Rose is the best
I have lived here for almost five years and have seen the maintenance and office staff change. In the past, we had people who didn't care about the problems arising in the apartments; they always had an excuse or simply did nothing about it. The person in charge of the office never followed up to see if maintenance work had actually been done.
