I give Chaparral a Big Zero! They have a call center and you can’t get through to your doctor’s office. Since my doctor joined Chaparral I’ve experienced a change in quality of care and lack there of from my doctor who I have gone to for years. It’s sad but now I’m in a position looking for another doctor due to lack of confidence in my doctor and Chaparral Medical Group healthcare system.
Drs are great but this office has an Extremely bad support staff, answering service is the worse. There is no empathy and sense of urgency for patients who need care. The staff is not friendly.
Wife has 10:30 appointment and doesnt get seen until 12:30. Absolutely unacceptable.
it takes up to a hour for their office to answer the phone. and the recording message says" your call is very important to us". sounds like a joke.
