it takes up to a hour for their office to answer the phone. and the recording message says" your call is very important to us". sounds like a joke.
*Urgent Attention Required* I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding my recent experience at Dr. Hwang's office. On March 3rd, I visited Dr. Hwang and was prescribed two medications. However, it has now been two weeks and I have yet to receive these medications. Extremely poor customer service. Don't go here. The referrals are to doctor's that can't help you. Go to OC or Loma Linda if you can.
Horrible horrible horrible service... Don't have the right information get told one thing and not even close to the other person's lie them they blame me and cancel appointment for no reason.. Un professional medical group in ever had to deal with
