*Urgent Attention Required* I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding my recent experience at Dr. Hwang's office. On March 3rd, I visited Dr. Hwang and was prescribed two medications. However, it has now been two weeks and I have yet to receive these medications. Extremely poor customer service. Don't go here. The referrals are to doctor's that can't help you. Go to OC or Loma Linda if you can.
Horrible horrible horrible service... Don't have the right information get told one thing and not even close to the other person's lie them they blame me and cancel appointment for no reason.. Un professional medical group in ever had to deal with
I usually have patience but these people were so rude. First off we had an appointment waited an hour after. Ask how much longer the wait was going to be and was told about another 30 mins to an hour more and if we don’t want to wait to just reschedule which the next available they said is next month. Could’ve been seen quicker as a walk in at an urgent care then with an appointment here .Ridiculous.
