Horrible communication from hiring recruiter. From the start he couldn’t figure out what location I applied for. No thorough questions. He threw the whole interview off! I am well qualified for the position I applied for, with administration experience in healthcare in an urgent care setting! I advise you all to think twice before applying or even giving the time of day to interview! I hope that it gets better! Thank God I heard back from an amazing company with an amazing recruiter and manager!
I didn’t even make it in yet as I have been trying to schedule an Appointment but the front desk staff both the ones to help set up an appointment and the one in authorizations her name is Nessie we’re extremely unprofessional and rude. Both hanging up on me. My experience has been good at the Orangegrove offices. Office staff is nice and patient to listen to me with my many questions regarding medical procedures.
Love Dr Vangala but staff is horrible. Trying to confirm meds and refill, 6 calls later still no response. Guess we need to start looking for another cardiologist.
«An ECG recorded in the reclining and sitting position is significantly different from the supine and standing ECG and should not be used for clinical purposes» Why did BERNICE do mine while I was sitting in a chair. When I questioned her BERNICE said “ they” do this all the time! My appointment was at 8:15am and staff worker told me to arrive 30 minutes early knowing full well they did not open until 8am.
