«An ECG recorded in the reclining and sitting position is significantly different from the supine and standing ECG and should not be used for clinical purposes» Why did BERNICE do mine while I was sitting in a chair. When I questioned her BERNICE said “ they” do this all the time! My appointment was at 8:15am and staff worker told me to arrive 30 minutes early knowing full well they did not open until 8am. This was a quality experience. All the staff were very caring and professional. The phlebotomy technician was the best I've ever had , I experienced absolutely no pain. All the technicians I encountered were the best. Highly recommend this pomona laboratory. This is a very professional and top-notch medical office.

I thought Dr. Rasania was incredibly thorough, very knowledgeable, and just generally kind. The staff may not have been the quickest or most responsive (likely understaffed, like every medical office in the world), but they were very pleasant and accommodating. No complaints from me!

If I can give zero stars, I will. Horrible customer experience. I saw Dr. Karyana ( new to the group), I was sent to him for urgent consult since I had recent heart attack. He lacks the confidence to order the right test (cardiac Cath), I have MD degree my self and I can tell. He ordered a wrong test and the wrong medication dose of what we discussed in the office. And after 6 weeks and multiple phone calls still I did not get the right procedure. If I die in the mean time, I instructed my family to sue them for negligence. ... read more
