I have been desperately trying to get a HOA statement after portal was blocked. Randi told me info was with attorney. I reached out to attorney and was told to speak with a paralegal Eunice Colon who emailed me that she was on vacation. Now that she has returned, I reached out to her to no avail. Worst management company! They don’t care about their communities, they transfer calls to voice mails instead of trying to solve any issues!
Caring during this epic catastrophe storm, checked on our community, offered assistance.
Unresponsive unless you owe them money or you have done something you weren't supposed to if you know what I mean!
Worst HOA ever and had to hire a lawyer because we were continually harassed for issues every month. Have lived in the same house for years without issues until this company came aboard. They will send you letters but will not communicate on the phone on how to resolve issues.
I have lived in Ponderosa Forest for 13 years and I can’t say enough nice things about our new community manager. Jordan listened to my concerns and gave me more time to take care of a deed restriction. 😊 🥇🏆😊

Received the following accusatory email: We have been advised, and obtained photos, that there has been extensive damage to the reserve easement along Leah, that appears to lead to your property. While we do not have an application on file for any recent improvements please advise if this equipment used was part of improvements on your property.
