These people are so very rude once you sign your contract. They are money hungry fools. They will fine you for any reason. I use a tire for my daily workouts and guess what i pay a fine every month with a threat to take away my land for not following rules. we lost our land because we fell behind in the payment when my son was murdered and the solution we were given was well pay another deposit and rent for one year, if paid on time then we will resale the land back to you at 3 times what the original price was.
