Would give 0 stars if possible, had issues with filling my prescription. In constant contact with clinic and pharmacy about my medication, double checking because clinic says the medication was sent, pharmacy says nothing was sent. All to get a call from pharmacy saying to stop calling and bothering them because they will not be filling my prescription because they are too busy. REFERRALS ARE TO BE DONE BY THIS OFFICE!! Can't schedule appointments until THEIR office faxes over their referrals to them. Patients are not allowed to set up appointments with a referral from them, they have to fax it over in order to get an appointment.

excelente servicio y muy buena personalidad mi esposa y yo somos nuevos pacientes y nuevos recidentes de Chaparral las ypersonas encargadas de la opficina son muy amables y nos ayudaron a poner alcorriente la informacion de oklahoma a NM. antes que llegue la cita estan al pendiente en recordar la fecha.
