We’ve been with Chaparral Business Machines for 17 years and just figured out how much money we’ve overspent on service. The service automatically goes up 7% each year. Unless you upgrade to a new machine, costs go up and value goes down. Their current business strategy seems to favor profit over providing value for customers. I hope they change and find a way to both make a profit and provide value.
