I've been a resident at Juniper West for a while now, and I'm pleased to say that the recent improvements brought by the new management have made a noticeable difference in our living experience, particularly with the landscaping and additions.
Just moved in to Juniper West and I couldn't be happier with my experience. One of the standout features of this complex is the incredibly attentive management. They have consistently gone above and beyond to address any concerns or maintenance requests promptly. The newly renovated apartments themselves are not only spacious and well-designed but also meticulously maintained. I appreciate the effort put into keeping the grounds clean.
Just moved into one of the renovated units. Really cool finishes and we have a washer/dryer in our unit! Great interactions so far with management.
You'll definitely want to avoid living here if you can absolutely help it. The former management company was great, however the new Seattle-based company that just bought the place doesn't even acknowledge residents if they have legitimate concerns or questions. Recent construction has trampled all over my rights as a tenant and the management company simply will not answer phone calls or emails in regards to this.
