Had them out to repair a small leak in the roofing around a vent pipe. A few weeks later it rained and the leak was still there. They came back and worked on it again - and did it without any charges. The rains came again and the work held - no leaks anywhere even in the thunderstorm rains. It’s hard to find honest contractors and Chaparosa is an honest contractor. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again if/when the need arises.
I very grateful for the work they did. They went above and beyond to ensure a strong lasting roof. :)
