Table for two, waited around 20 minutes after being seated to get water, chips and salsa. Ordered drinks as soon as we could, waited an additional 15 minutes before receiving confirmation they were on the menu, and ended up receiving our drinks after our main meal, and after the waitress was reminded. In total we were there for an hour and a half barely being waited on while watching other tables in our section get served. We ordered the supreme nachos and that sh*t came out with carrots on it. The food isn’t always consistent but overall it’s pretty good!
Terrible service. Water was not served on time. The server was not attentive at all and there were multiple times we tried to talk to the server but she just chose to ignore our requests. There was another Mexican guy who spoke little English and it was very hard to communicate with him.
One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had. We were a party of four but were given a tiny table barely suitable for two, with practically no room for plates. I explained my enchilada order multiple times, yet it came completely wrong, with raw/undercooked chicken inside—completely unacceptable. The chile relleno was also one of the worst I’ve ever had.
