They did a phenomenal job repainting the hood of my brand new car! The hood of my car got scratched and had to be repainted. My car model has only been out for a few months and it’s an entirely new color for Volkswagen. I was worried they wouldn’t be able to match it perfectly, but they absolutely nailed it! Really great customer service as well!
So their website says FREE ESTIMATES but when I went to pick up my truck it was $85 and their reasoning was “well you signed a paper when you dropped it off” and “we have to charge for labor to pay our guys” and then said this is actually a deal because it should have been more. I literally knew I had a bad transmission and asked how much it would be to have it fixed/replaced. $85 for my free estimate for a problem I already knew. Ok. Extremely knowledgeable guys when it comes your auto needs highly recommended
My husband was recently hit by a driver with Fred Loya Insurance...Fred Loya did not cover all expenses!! Daniel Chapa was a huge help in assisting with phone calls back and forth with the adjusters and with anyone who would speak to him regarding our claim...in the end Fred Loya left us holding the ball with 809.00 they didnt pay. Mr. Chapa (the owner) ended up splitting the cost with us, and we were able to get our truck back. I would recommend Chapa Auto Craft to anyone who needs help with any car repairs.
Wrecks are stressful. Chapa Auto makes the experience the least stressful situation you could be in. Completely seamless process and they truly go ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure you are included in the know, and ensure you're aware of everything that's important in taking care of your vehicle. I'll never go anywhere else!
These guys are awesome! They actually did a custom repair job on my boat! This was a tricky repair I’m sure but they mastered it perfectly and with such great customer service! Please consider them for your repair
A deer hit my car on the way to work one early morning to South Austin from Kyle. So my local mechanic referred me to this wonderful Christian family-owned local body shop, Chapa Auto Craft. There I was treated fairly and with respect. Daniel Chapa, the Manager went to bat for me with Allstate Insurance too.
