I was running low on my blood pressure medicine and called for a refill. After 3 days I haven't heard anything about the refill. So I went in and now it's been 7 days and still no refill. My blood pressure is high and I don't feel good. The staff is good but I'm going to have to find a new doctor.
Dr Yu is a very nice person. I have been seeing her for few years now. I am so grateful that my husband and I found her. the whole staff are and even the front desk staff are nice too.
Been with Dr Yu for a few years and I can’t be happier! She is very attentive, very thorough and communicates very effectively. Do not hesitate to invest your time and health with her!
The office of Dr Yu scheduled with me, then call me a week later to cancel stating that the Dr doesn’t have another opening for several months. Then they want you to see a nurse practitioner. Very unprofessional!
